Beyond Borders Mediation
Conflict Coaching set of skills, strategies and practices used to support peoples’ ability to engage in, manage and productively resolve conflicts.
The process enables the person to talk about the conflict with a neutral party (the conflict coach), without being in the conflict, and work on considering options to design an approach that allows them to discuss difficult conversations (the conflict) with the other person.
Conflict coaching is not therapy, counseling, nor legal advice. It is an open opportunity for the parties to work on resolving their conflict before it escalates to disrespectful behaviors, communication or, a legal action.
Its processes and approach can be applied to Family, County Civil, and District Civil cases, as well as, in multiple business and organizational levels.
